Nothing was said in this article, but if they're doing a Specialist Showcase, it makes you wonder if they'll bring back the summer showcases the XFL has done over the last few off-seasons.

A number of people have noted on Twitter/X that this is the first "official" confirmation of a 2025 season. I didn't read that into the release, but I guess that's technically true. I guess the fact that I wasn't waiting around for that confirmation was a good sign that it was simply expected.
