This is a very good hire by Jim Zorn.
Yet another AAF executive/coach makes their way into The XFL. I am losing track at this point.

Lol, That's every other response right now.. The AAF didn't release their logos and names till September. Just for the record. The XFL is not waiting till September. We know that.GDAWG wrote: ↑Tue May 28, 2019 12:47 pmwaits for Social media reactions to be "I don't care, can we just get the team names and logos?"MikeMitchell wrote: ↑Tue May 28, 2019 12:45 pm https://twitter.com/XFL2kcom/status/113 ... 38305?s=20

Business does pick up, once that finally gets in place. We have this dead period right now. Where the coaching staffs are being completed before the mad rush that is going to be June and July for the entire league. They are so busy right now behind the scenes, but as fans, what we want is those damn team names and logos.

I believe we will know the names, logos and colors by the time NFL teams have training camps.MikeMitchell wrote: ↑Tue May 28, 2019 1:01 pmLol, That's every other response right now.. It's a great hire. Mid-June seems to be the target date for the release of names, colors, logos, etc.GDAWG wrote: ↑Tue May 28, 2019 1:32 pmI believe we will know the names, logos and colors by the time NFL teams have training camps.MikeMitchell wrote: ↑Tue May 28, 2019 1:01 pmLol, That's every other response right now.. The XFL makes the hire official on Twitter. Just another in a long line of quality hires by the league.

Unsurprisingly, one of the reactions on Twitter is "how about a team name?"MikeMitchell wrote: ↑Wed May 29, 2019 11:54 am The XFL makes the hire official on Twitter. Just another in a long line of quality hires by the league.

The trouble maker in me wants to troll fans and report that the XFL has decided to go without team nicknames. Every XFL team will just have the city they play in on their jerseys. League will only announce team colors.GDAWG wrote: ↑Wed May 29, 2019 11:57 amUnsurprisingly, one of the reactions on Twitter is "how about a team name?"MikeMitchell wrote: ↑Wed May 29, 2019 11:54 am The XFL makes the hire official on Twitter. Those people really don't care about who gets hired on the various staffs. As soon as June Jones was hired people are like "good, so now can we get team colors and names?" They are starting to get a bit impatient.MikeMitchell wrote: ↑Wed May 29, 2019 12:13 pmThe trouble maker in me wants to troll fans and report that the XFL has decided to go without team nicknames.
