If the XFL expands to the Midwest, it will likely be somewhere that has a dome: Minneapolis, Detroit or Indianapolis.

I don’t think Vince would have brought it back if he didn’t feel there was room for growth. With national TV exposure, if the league can make it past the first few years, I think there’s tremendous potential. There are 10’s of millions of fans who attend college and NFL games in the fall. If they have a comparable product to watch in the spring, they’ll show up.

The chances the XFL ever gets attendance similar to the NFL is 0%.Shooter McGav1n wrote: ↑Fri May 24, 2019 8:56 amI don’t think Vince would have brought it back if he didn’t feel there was room for growth. I totally agree with you with all you said. 3 teams in one state is too much. Why they can't pick one of the two. At least they have a team in Texas. Plus why not Chicago? One of my picks for an expansion.XFL_FAN wrote: ↑Tue May 21, 2019 7:29 pmI'm not sure why they always go to Memphis and Birmingham, they are markets that time and time again fail to support teams. The XFL putting 2 teams in Texas was pretty smart IMO. I wouldn't be upset if they brought in San Antonio considering their AAF success, but 3 teams in Texas in a 10 team league might be a bit much...

I think, best-case scenario, that the XFL could get up to 40,000 a game under the right circumstances. That, of course, would require stadium upgrades in a few places (ahem, Washington).Shooter McGav1n wrote: ↑Fri May 24, 2019 8:56 amI don’t think Vince would have brought it back if he didn’t feel there was room for growth. Audi Field will never get to 40,000 seats.johnnyangryfuzzball wrote: ↑Fri May 24, 2019 12:45 pmI think, best-case scenario, that the XFL could get up to 40,000 a game under the right circumstances. There are three stadiums in Dallas/Fort Worth that seat over 40,000....The Cotton Bowl, AT&T Stadium and TCU. So XFL Dallas would have to move to one of those three stadiums.

I am opposed to playing in current baseball stadiums as it makes the XFL look bush league. Also not all baseball stadiums can fit a football fieldjohnnyangryfuzzball wrote: ↑Fri May 24, 2019 1:40 pm...and Washington also has RFK or Nationals Park.GDAWG wrote: ↑Fri May 24, 2019 1:22 pmAudi Field will never get to 40,000 seats.johnnyangryfuzzball wrote: ↑Fri May 24, 2019 12:45 pm

It's a bad sight seeing the Raiders play in a baseball stadium.

I'm not thrilled with the prospect, either, though I know Nats Park hosted some bowl games so in their case, it would be doable, if the Nats were willing. RFK would be more ideal, though renovations would likely be wanted. I don't think Audi Field is sustainable as a home long-term.GDAWG wrote: ↑Fri May 24, 2019 1:42 pmI am opposed to playing in current baseball stadiums as it makes the XFL look bush league. According to Wikipedia, Nationals Stadium has never hosted football and the Military Bowl was hosted by RFK before moving to the Naval Academy.johnnyangryfuzzball wrote: ↑Fri May 24, 2019 1:45 pmI'm not thrilled with the prospect, either, though I know Nats Park hosted some bowl games so in their case, it would be doable, if the Nats were willing.
