Well doesn't say much for Ben's Used Cheese that he can't even use JG as a scapegoat today, he and Willis were invisible and even Pearson was used as a glorified decoy.

Need to get Ellison back on the field ASAP.

Funny enough, Haslett was super-critical of Ellison in the post-game press conference, saying he needs to protect the ball better and do a better job of blitz pick-up. So when he comes back from injury, it'll be interesting to see if his role returns to what it was pre-injury.

Wouldn't be a Seattle team without the coach going all blitz pickup in the postgame :D

Yes, it's important (which is why Travis Homer still has a career while Christine Michael was on the Redskins practice squad when the Hawks brought him back in 2015, three months after waiving him), but when your running backs, outside of one chunk run, gained all of 11 yards on 13 carries, and your QB is erratic at best, you do have to at the minimum balance the two.

Now maybe cause Orlando has to blitz a lot it looks better, but what happens when a team that actually can get pressure like the Dragons will see in the next two and Ellison isn't back for either? STL actually came in with the fewest sacks in the league but in the Dome anything can happen (like most of Russ' trips in there) so what then?

The irony of a longtime defensive coach harping on blitz pickup (yeah yeah Seattle, right place and all) isn't helping. Are the Dragons as good as their record? Not on offense, but BP isn't going to make DiNucci all the sudden become the decision maker they need so that it is.
