GOOD/BAD IDEA? = DRONE CAM

Post by BATTLETALKER »

Do you want the Drone Cam in XFL?
(Personally, I think this is the only thing that USFL has that I wish XFL would get. However, if they do get it then they gotta S L O W L Y integrate it in cuz it looks horrible when not used correctly.)

They already have the sky cam and I’d argue they don’t use that enough on broadcasts just to give different looks (even though that angle was decried when it was used full-time in the first game in XFL 2001).

Neither fish nor fowl; it doesn't add anything that other camera angles don't.

For a cheaper production, drones are a clever idea but I don't think ESPN needs to resort to using them when they have Skycams and other tech.
