A 10pm east coast start wasn't going to rate well. The first game was blacked out in some markets in YouTube TV as FX was showing the sitcom "Mom's" for the first 45 minutes before switching over. Nice numbers on ESPN2, with the DC game garnering the highest ESPN 2 numbers so far.

First real setback, of course it comes just as the ESPN/ABC side (which of course we've all been assured by the experts is really a hail mary stunt ;) ) is getting back into the picture--at least one game on either every week from this point out.

Surprised the higher viewership each day/night came in games with the two worst teams in the league, so 500K for the Tank Bowl confirmed?

Surprised by DC-Vegas, not surprised by how FX ratings are starting to drop considering they aren’t a network that ever really show sport (I know they’re trying to change that.)

I think if DC-Vegas can get 690, then pushing back to the 800’s on ABC or ESPN may not be an impossibility. Gonna be interesting to see

No Week 7 ABC, just ESPN (2 games), FX (1) and ESPN2 (1).
Week 5 could be low point in ratings as no ABC, 1-ESPN, 2-FX, 1-ESPN2, and the times are late.

Mr Auditor General,
Yes I saw and highlighted it even. Just making a point which weeks. And as we know ESPN does not get ABC level ratings either (certainly a tier above ESPN2 and USA/FX).

I think week 5 will be the low point since wk 6 hs 2 ABC now and 7 two on ESPN. I'm not sure exactly what happends after that as Master and USFL kick in, but things are trending to my pre-season prediction pretty well.

That's sir

And yes W5 probably is going to be the low point just cause you have 0-4 vs 0-4 after dark, though the battle of the North should help as a lead. So yes we're getting to caliber of teams reflecting viewership, they can't all be 4-0, but it's also why ESPN has flexed Houston three times already--you know, that ratings stunt......................
