We're A Year Away!

Post by XFL_FAN »

Man, it's kind of crazy how the XFL has more time right now to set up the rest of the league, than the AAF had to set up their entire league.

It's been over a year and we have:

The 8 Cities

2 coaches (one not official) and one who makes people say;"Why is he here? This must be an audition for the Cowboys!" (which it obviously isn't since he has mentioned numerous times that he wants extra time while still coaching.)

An amazing TV deal with TWO partners that nobody really gave them a chance of getting, not even the most optimistic XFL Fans (also not finalized yet)

Some rule testing done (Mississippi) and some set up down the road (YCF and TSL)

the XFL executive staff set up which have people that also make people ask;"Why is he here?" Especially Oliver Luck, who has proved to be the perfect hiring the XFL could have made for commissioner.

A fanbase that has built up nicely in over a year and will continue to grow quicker after more news comes out (For example, after Bob Stoops was announced to be the XFL Dallas HC/GM, the XFL Dallas Twitter has grown from 3k to over 6k in less than 48 hours!) The XFL actually has more Twitter followers than the AAF does, which is kind of weird considering the AAF is kicking off in less than 24 hours while the XFL is kicking off in 365 days.

And there's 365 days to go! The AAF had 326 days from their announcement to set up everything, and it shows as they are rushing to get everything together. As Oliver Luck had said,"Vince has given us the gift of time."
Ready for the team reveals...again
