The Stamp's President John Hufnagal has a great track record for eying and developing QB talent from Doug Flutie, Jeff Garcia, Henry Burris, Drew Tate. Bo Levi Mitchell, Jake Maier. Litton will get taught very well if he manages to stick it out in the CFL

Re: QB Draft Thread
He's been cut by two other CFL teams. If this doesn't work, perhaps he calls it a career and decides to go into coaching.DavedaHammer wrote: ↑Tue Nov 22, 2022 6:23 pmThe Stamp's President John Hufnagal has a great track record for eying and developing QB talent from Doug Flutie, Jeff Garcia, Henry Burris, Drew Tate. A name I am a bit surprised that wasn't of any interest for the XFL is KJ Costello. His name hasn't popped up anywhere since he was released by the New Orleans Saints.

It appears as if Paxton Lynch is a part of the latest NFL Alumni Academy class. He's now listed on their roster page:

Re: QB Draft Thread
I will give him credit for continuing to put in the work. He’s clearly not trying to continue his career in the USFL and possibly XFL just for the money. Many draft busts would have cashed in that 1st round NFL money and rode off into the sunset. It’s nice to see him not give up.GregParks wrote: ↑Wed Nov 23, 2022 8:41 pm It appears as if Paxton Lynch is a part of the latest NFL Alumni Academy class. He's now listed on their roster page:

Re: QB Draft Thread
I'm not sure that locks him in with the Vegas team - XFL Sr. Director of Football Ops Jim Monos was recording his "Go Long" podcast with Ty Dunne on Monday from Vegas, so the league may still be doing some work there even after the draft. Scott could be there related to that (if he's able to while still under contract with the USFL). Or could be related to work with Jordan Palmer.

Re: QB Draft Thread
With the USFL in need of QBs after losing Luis Perez and Kyle Sloter to the XFL, Case Cookus to the NFL and most likely Jordan Ta'amu, I would think that Bryan Scott is a QB that they would want to keep.GregParks wrote: ↑Wed Nov 30, 2022 9:56 am I'm not sure that locks him in with the Vegas team - XFL Sr. Director of Football Ops Jim Monos was recording his "Go Long" podcast with Ty Dunne on Monday from Vegas, so the league may still be doing some work there even after the draft.
