PJ Walker crash landing

Post by 4th&long »

PJ got creamed in Cincy going 3-10 and 9 yds with 2 INTs

It's alot easier to play the Bucs when the D is sandbagging

I like Walker but he was awful here

Heinicke also threw a brutal 4th quarter interception that helped lead to a vintage Commanders choke job. It's a tough sport.

Eh, Bengals are a schizo team that should be much better than 5-4. Whoop up on the NFC South, can't win in their division (including a backup long snapper-loss to Steelers); Panthers have a number of guys trying to get traded in the offseason and checked out when CMC was traded. This wasn't unexpected.

Half-assed helmet-gate being what it is (of course numbnuts like Florio and Peter King can help by stop cheerleading for Kelce and Ramsey if they're so outraged), PJ would have had a nice hail mary win over the Falcons--which would have given him more wins than Mayfield.

Would be counter-productive to go back to Mayfield at this point, Panthers aren't winning anything.

Yep, and it's not always getting picked, it's what you do afterwards--do you shake it off? Next drive Taylor comes out incomplete and a sack, three and out right when the Commanders needed to move the sticks

Too bad. He, not Wentz or even Young, was featured in an ad for 2023 season tix, and they had a shot to at least roll into Philly an out-of-nowhere 5-4 for MNF next week. Would it have lasted? no, but they at least would have had that--and the NFC East would have had four plus teams as opposed to the crap factory that is the NFC Sloth, er South.

Haha, second former team Hawks sign him the week of. They'll drop him and bring him back for the Thursday night game against the Niners next month confirmed

Then Sea Dragons end up with him (back?), cause, of course.

Forgot this when it happened, but TE Donald Parham went on IR. The long-awaited breakout season will have to wait at least another year.

Tyree Jackson was activated off the PUP list today. Good timing, as the Eagles just lost Dallas Goedert to injury.
