Good discussion. Not much I have to add other than I agree with many of the points made here as to why Houston may be unlikely to return. The one thing it has going for it is market size and I'm not sure the level of importance this ownership group will put into that.
The XFL 3.0 team WILL emphasize market size (needed for TV) but as I a posted somewhere above, the net drop to SA and Orlando still puts XFL over 20% Household market share, so small loss to avoid a turf war.
