Johnny Football’s XFL career was a non-starter

Manziel never played for the league, and plainly, that is because he was “black balled” by league owner Vince McMahon.

That's a bit of a laugher considering some of his wrestlers in the WWE have done worse than Manziel.

We had one blatantly obnoxious Manziel fanboy here, I guess we found 2 and 3

So where's the hate for Moose, who was anti-JM too? And I don't believe the Browns, coming off that first playoff dub in over a quarter century, are about to recognize him as being a part of it.

"Obnoxious"? First, I am not a Manziel fanboy. I do think his story is interesting, and I will write about it. So you are wrong there.

We'll see, turn around and write like one............

Signing Manziel would have been the total opposite of what the league was about. So I guess you're going to write next about how Brandon Silvers really should have been ready to sacrifice himself for the greater good of JM (again).

I will write whatever I think is newsworthy, not what you think is correct.

John Manziel stories are always newsworthy. He has a big following.

Maybe he doesn't appeal to everyone? Certainly McMahon did not like him, probably because he was rumored to have a drug problem. It seems that is a hot button for McMahon.
Fan of the XFL from the beginning. You may remember me from the original XFLboard.

Not if you work for him in WWE.

You mean like Taylor Heinicke or Michael Dunn, and you don't see the problem with elevating the plight of poor JM?

Yeah Johnny was totally the XFL...........2001. If you don't see that (and the inherent contradiction--although when has that ever stopped an aspiring journalist?), then I'm not telling you what to write just don't expect people to give it any credibility.
