The NBA, NHL, MLS, and MLB issued a joint statement today closing their locker rooms to the media (and other non-essential personnel) until further notice to prevent the spread of disease.
We’ll see if the XFL follows suit or takes any other precautionary measures.

Re: Coronavirus & XFL
I'll at least note on the positive here.
The Sounders opener against Columbus had a draw of 33,000. They normally likely would've had 45,000.
But I'm certain Dragons attendance will struggle to hit 10k. Or even have to play in a empty venue.....or play it in Vancouver. Or make the Dragons stay on the road and their remaining opponents get an extra home game.

Would’ve been nice to see those leagues invite the XFL in on the announcement. Just a cameraman watching seltzer pounding, not local media asking questions etc.

Right now, the XFL will go on and continue their season, barring an Italy like shutdown of all public gatherings.

How practical would it be to switch games? Play in LA this week and play in Seattle in week 9?GDAWG wrote: ↑Tue Mar 10, 2020 11:49 pm The Dragons will lose a home game:

I have no idea. We don't know how long this ban is going to last. It could affect the remainder of Seattle's home gamesXtremeFanForever wrote: ↑Wed Mar 11, 2020 12:11 amHow practical would it be to switch games?
