N00b to this board. Just watched espn devote more than just a few seconds to XFL highlights. Between that and reading recent interweb articles, appears the league isn’t just the butt of lame late night talk show jokes etc...
Comparing this overall reception to the previous XFL, seems like night and day unless I’m missing something?

My local newspaper, and I'm a subscriber (NY Post) does not cover the XFL. They are too busy fawning over the NBA, NHL, MLB, etc. It's a shame when a professional sports organization makes a commitment to put a product on the field in the NJ/NY area and gets snubbed by the local press. That's why I love the XFL Board.
