It'll definitely be the lowest rated game of the season. My provider (AT&T TV) doesn't offer it. My current plan is to get a free trial of Fubo to watch the game. If that doesn't work I'll just find a stream on reddit.Metallifreak10 wrote: ↑Tue Feb 18, 2020 10:10 pm I have ESPN 2 and FS1. But looks like I won’t be seeing 1 of the 43 games since I don’t have freaking FS2. How many people on this site even have that?

Re: Week 2 TV Ratings
That's not true. They'd been about 16k in attendance and in range and you can see here other markets re doing quite well - and some like Dallas are alot bigger.Santa Clara Curse wrote: ↑Tue Feb 18, 2020 10:36 pm If it wasn't for Seattle, the attendance and ratings would have been a lot worse. Seattle and St. Louis are keeping this league alive.
L.A. is failing miserably (as expected), and with no home games against the Steelers, Vikings, Packers, Cowboys, Eagles etc. (the hardcore fans of those opposing teams is what's keeping the Chargers alive in L.A. so far), the Wildcats are going to have more empty seats while local ratings continue to nosedive.
But hey, they are the number 2 metroplex in the country. That makes them way more "deserving" of an XFL team than a Columbus and Portland!
Also, Seattle Dragon fans, tell me, if the Dragons were in the AFC West (return of the Raider and Chief rivalries!), would the team still be well supported?

From Showbuzz:
Sat:
NY/DC on ABC: 2.146M
Tampa/Seattle on Fox: 2.324M
Sun:
Dallas/LA on ABC: 2.397M
STL/Hou on FS1: 1.359M
Also of note by @SportsTVRatings, only one college basketball game outdrew an XFL game: Indiana/Michigan on CBS bested the FS1 game by just 39,000 viewers

The FS1 numbers I was particularly curious about. For it to be over a million viewers is a particularly good sign. That number is better than the AAF Week 2 number on TNT.

two of the smaller markets on sat evening get 2.32mm. thats great
as for late Sunday FS1. i was hoping for 1.6-7mm but realistically FS1 is in leas households than espn, harder to locate and not as popular
getting 1.36mm or 1.8+mm avg for both fox games is Very Solid
next sunday the challenge goes UP

This is a interesting good for the XFL stat in St. Louis. Regional stats for St. Louis. The game against Houston drew a 6.0 in the region, now at the same time the St. Louis Blues were playing against division rival Nashville which drew a 3.1. That's a huge sign just how much the XFL is not only welcomed but how this is also a football market.

I was worried the FS1 game would draw under 1 million, so I’ll take 1.3 million+.

You can see here that, perhaps more importantly, the games held up well with the 18-49 demo, which is a bigger deal to advertisers than the overall numbers.
