...as per the XFL Twitter feed. That would allow time for teams to scour the waiver wire after cut-downs today and continue to add and subtract up to that point. I'm sure we'll get information about cuts that will come out as the days go on, either from the teams themselves or from players on social media. Otherwise, we may have to wait (also wondering if the XFL.com transactions page will update with cuts).

I'm not sure we'll get to know this since we're just going to be presented with the final rosters, but I'd be curious to know the "order," for waivers if multiple teams attempt to claim the same player.

It'd seem the most equitable to relate it to the order they drafted within that position group, but that may be tough to implement.
