Given the uncertainty of who will ultimately receive the most playing time and the size of the league, I like the idea of drafting the QB position as a unit (I.e. draft the Defenders QB position, not just Jones).
Other positions should have enough depth that they can be individually drafted in an 8 team league.
Individual defensive players would be tough to draft. I don’t even like doing them in NFL fantasy leagues. Here’s my ideal roster setup:
QB team unit
RB
WR
WR
Rb/WR/TE flex
K
Def
The starting positions would have to be a little more shallow than we’re used to with NFL leagues in order to keep things competitive but I think the above could work well with an 8 team league.
