They have been beaten to death for sure. On Duty, Raising Hell etc I guess that’s part of social media marketing and branding.
It was fine when the team names were announced, but now it's just an annoyance.
I hear ya. I do love watchdogs over the metropolis for the Guardians during their identity video. It’s like each team has a theme and it’s been enforced, reinforced and then reinforced again.
I prefer watchdogs over the metropolis or The First Line of Defense rather than “On Duty”. The 10 year old part of me is too immature to embrace that tag line.

LA really doesn't have one, so I haven't been annoyed with them.
