Falcons sign USFL DPOY - LB Frank Ginda to PS

Breaking: The Atlanta Falcons are signing LB Frank Ginda to their practice squad, per @AaronWilson_NFL.
Ginda was the #USFL DPOY in 2023 with the @USFLPanthers, and spent time with the Falcons in the preseason.
Love to see him getting another opportunity.
