I wasn't - Teams wanting to win will go with the guy that they think can do it. He got more money from NE and some assurances from Kraft. But with BB still there - he decided now was the time. I'd give him a chance in a heart beat.
Back to the USFL story... Him saying that "There was alot of good football played in the USFL." Whether intentional or just his honest candid opinion is a great boost to the league.
