I am curious to know what the posters on here who say "this is going to be good for the USFL" are going to have to say at the fact that 266 players didn't even show up to vote, despite the fact that all of them are in the same area.
Isn't there a minimum for a Quorum? - only 18% of those to be represented voted for this union.
turnouts for other CBA votes in sports are usually up around 90%. Yes votes in that case are usually around 70%.
But my question is - what are the laws on minimum voting to qualify for a union.
eg if 4 voted and 3 voted yes out of 378 , would that qualify?

Usually over 50%.
If that's the case than with only 30% voting this should not qualify as enough and no union certification.
