Pretty sure WR Maurice Alexander is the backup QB. Played some QB at FIU but not much.

With the expanded rosters why not? Unless Scott is recovering well. but still

Colburn went from a landscaping job to the XFL. CFL last year and now to the USFL. Nice to see a young football player get a chance to succeed.
