For those of you who think it’s great for new fledgling leagues like the USFL & XFL to unionize in the first few years, check out what’s happening in the CFL right now.

CFL will play this season despite the players union being demanding. As for the USFL union, I suspect the negotiations between the Steelworkers union and USFL management are continuing, and may be continuing into the off season.
I’d like to see players treated properly, and I hope they come out even a little ahead in all of this. So far it’s not about salaries, but we know it will eventually come to that. Reading another thread, Rupert Murdoch has deep pockets.

Ya I wouldn’t expect this Union to act like a full union until year 3.
