TSL Team Rankings

Post by 4th&long »

Thru 3/4 of Week 3 it looks like we have 2 tiers of teams - the good, and the bad, with may be the ok in between.

1) Generals - Mallett best in league so far
2) Conquerors ( good QB combo)
3) Jousters ( good QB combo)
4) Lineman - Willis clicking

5) Sea Lions - showing some promise ...

6) Alphas - need to turn it around after poor showing or drop down a peg or two
7) Blues - at least playing hard - need QB healthy
8) Aviaors - OL seems weakest in league and hurting offense

Thoughts??

Not much to dispute; totally agree on the rankings with the possible exception of the Alphas who may be rated too high. Agree on Mallet, his NFL experience shows; although he did throw that pick. I have been impressed with former Dragons QB Silvers, wish he would have played that well for Seattle.

Final: TSL Team Rankings

1) Lineman - Willis clicking, Hal M getting it done as HC - #1 but #2-4 not far behind.
2) Jousters ( good QB combo) well balanced
3) Generals - Mallett and running game and solid D
4) Conquerors ( good QB combo) - made a mistake in first OT game taking ball on Offense or they may have been in Megabowl - but they lost a few guys and some steam

5) Alphas - Bounced back but just not as well rounded as top 4, QBs playing a bit better late.
6) Blues - D keeps them in game a- they play hard, if they had a better QB would be contenders
7) Sea Lions - showing some promise ... but still a few game makers away

8) Aviaors - were playing much better later after weak start but clearly the lowest
