TSL week 1 FS1 ratings better than initially expected

After TSL missed the top 150 shows on 5/6 & 5/17 in the persons 18-49 demo, it was feared the early games would fall well below the 100k mark. But not so.

XFLNewsHubs - Mike Mitchell reports the good news...

>> Here are the updated numbers for The Spring League’s three telecasts on FS1.

Alphas-Aviators, the first game of FS1’s Thursday night Spring League Football doubleheader, posted 95,000 viewers, a 217% jump from the 30,000 viewers the league averaged on the network last fall.
Conquerors-Linemen, the second game of the doubleheader, scored 51,000 viewers, up 70% from the 30,000 viewers the league averaged on the network last fall.
Friday night’s Blues-Sea Lions game averaged 114,000 viewers, up 280% from the 30,000 viewers the league averaged on the network last fall. <<

That's very good news for the TSL and Fox. With almost zero promotion the league averaged 104,500 viewers in 2 earlier games and not-to-bad in late game which was delayed 30 minutes.
