What kind of football are you going to bring to DC?
You'll get a passionate team; a team that plays with genuinie enthisasm. A team that plays with discipline. Up tempo offense. We will spread it around but we will run the ball. And we will be physical and tough.

How would your coaching philosophy and why kind of style football are we going to see here in DC?
Offensively, we're talking about up tempo, fast paced. Get the ball on the perimeter to playmakers and allow those guys to go make plays.
We got Gregg Williams that's going to be our defensive coordinator. He's coached here in this city and this area before. I think people know what he brings to the table in terms of defensive football. We're excited. the players we select will be guys that fit what we do and we'll hav an opportunity to go out there and put on a good showing.
Only other thing I gleaned is it sounds like he signed with the XFL and then told he was getting DC rather than ahead of time. Also mildly interesting that DC News Now used footage of Cardale Jones at the Arlington Showcase.
Not that this is important, but Barlow could use some media coaching. Sitting up straight would be a good start.

I thought that was the most interesting thing to come out of today's Twitter Q&A (that and he wants to put the final cup on the Beer Snake after victories in DC ).
I don't know much about his OC or how much influence Barlow will have on offensive philosophy, but this may be a June Jones-like situation where DC ends up with few to no TEs on the roster if this is any indication.
