Tampa has hired Josh Bullock as it’s team president. The full story is in the link above. Bullock was recently at USF and spent 7 years with The Tampa Bay Rays. Full story in the link above.

The quote below lists Marc Trestman’s staff in Tampa. Some new hires are listed.
Trestman has moved quickly to fill his staff, recruiting Canadian Football League assistant coach Jaime Elizondo to be his offensive coordinator and former Houston Oilers and Atlanta Falcons head coach Jerry Glanville to be his defensive coordinator.

Among Trestman’s other hires: Josh Hinch (director of player personnel), Jonathan Himebauch (offensive line coach), Josh Neiswander (quarterbacks coach), Josh Moore (running backs coach), Lawrence Hill (defensive line coach), Michael Archer (linebackers coach), William Fields (defensive backs coach), Frank Gansz Jr. (special teams coach), Darren Krein (strength and conditioning coach), Justin Hickman (analytics/scouting manager), Billy Parker (football analyst), Bradley Anderson (team equipment manager), Ronald Selesky (football operations manager) and Dave Levy (team video manager).

A Tampa vs Dallas XFL Championship seems like the best possibility right now IMO.

A football analyst? Seriously, what is with the obsession with sports and analytics?

Parker's not a statistician, he's a defensive backs coach.

Not listed below is the presumed DFO Catherine Rache. Josh Hinch is the director of player personnel.

From the football side of things. You get an idea as to how many staff members each XFL team will have. The coaching staff currently has 9 assistants in total. Not listed from The Tampa Bay Times, is a WR or TE coach. Some of the assistants may be pulling double duty. Perhaps those particular hires could be announced soon.

This looks like a pretty standard football staff. The analytics side is no surprise to me. Considering Trestman is involved, He's always been an analytics guy, dating back to the 80's. I don't suspect that every staff will have a member or two dedicated to this field but essentially, these staff members are numbers guys for the head coach. They come in with opponent tendencies broken down for each weekly game plan. Each staff has members dedicated to compiling and breaking down data, like for example, an opponents personnel groupings on 2nd and long versus second and short, or play call tendencies for every opponent for every single situation. Trestman likes to cover his bases.
Jaime Elizondo(offensive coordinator) Jerry Glanville (defensive coordinator)
