Re: XFL Draft Day 2 Live Thread

So is there a way to actually view the selections as they are happening? I know there's no live stream anymore but just a frequently refreshing tracker of some kind would be great if it's available.

Not as fun tracking things this way but it is what it is. At some point. There will be a full list of each round.
We took Elliott fucking Fry? I'm not saying he's bad but Oakman AND Ealy were still on the board. Our pass rush isn't very good.

Re: XFL Draft Day 2 Live Thread

BattleHawks just drafted Kenny Robinson in the 5th round. Perfect. Great market for the local media to cover his story. From a football perspective. This is essentially your 5th DB. Smart taking him here. This is a legit player with NFL draft projection of 2nd to 3rd round. Good job by STL. Perfect...

Re: XFL Draft Live Thread

Some of the top AAF LBs like Greer Martini and Beniquez Brown are only beginning to go now, contrary to what I thought would occur. My BattleHawks have made some bad picks in the last four rounds, in my opinion, as they for some ungodly reason refuse to draft Demarquis Gates, (the AAF's best LB), Ko...

Re: XFL Draft Live Thread

Ooh damn Kikaha is a good pick. Shocked that none of Oakman, Ealy, Garvin, or Gates are gone yet.

Re: XFL Draft Live Thread

I like the Casey Sayles pick a lot, though I think we could have grabbed him later on in the draft. I wanted to see Oakman or Kony Ealy. It will also be interesting to see what the LB situation is since none have been chosen in the first four picks.

Re: XFL Draft Live Thread

Brogan Roback, QB/P from Eastern Michigan, goes to St. Louis. One thing for sure with the BattleHawks, they are making some unconventional gambles in just about everything they do! That was a reach. I have to question that pick. I don't necessarily mind the pick, I think he should have made the Bro...

Re: XFL Draft Live Thread

A lot of these guys (except Cook and Michael) seem to be questionable or at least surprising picks. Guys like Ja'Quan Gardner, Reece Horn, and Jhurell Pressley remain on the board for some reason. Edit First two picks of the second round were good. I have little faith in our selection though at 3, I...

Re: Lowered expectations for the XFL’s eight assigned quarterbacks

While those aren't as good as Cardale Jones, Devlin Hodges, etc. Silvers, Mallett, Landry Jones, Perez, and Savage are a solid group. If Manziel maybe were to be involved (which of course is just rumors) then that would be six solid Tier One QBs. Some other names that you may be forgetting from the ...

Re: XFL Mock Draft Thread

Personally, I'd be ecstatic if we got Silvers, as he was, in my opinion, the best AAF QB over the last three weeks of the season. I'd also go after either Ja'Quan Gardner, Jhurell Pressley, or Reece Horn in the skill position draft.
