Re: Seattle Dragons OC Mike Riley interested in UTSA Head Coaching job.

We are approaching Black Monday in the NFL. Significant because there will be quite a few staffs that are completely cleaned out. Happened last year with the Bengals. It led to Jonathan Hayes being available for the XFL. Winston Moss was on Green Bay’s staff as assistant head coach but he was let g...

Re: News and Notes from New York Guardians Minicamp

Vince McMahon reportedly doesn't sleep, so him being available 24/7 is not surprising.

Re: XFL Uniform/Helmet Rankings

Not a bad post at all. The XFL is AEW more so than ROH. Except that the XFL has bigger and better exposure with Disney and Fox. Like AEW. The XFL has a billionaire owner. The XFL is already spending tens of millions of dollars just on insurance premiums alone in year one. Vince McMahon will have sp...

Re: XFL Uniform/Helmet Rankings

Credit to Robinson for taking a chance on the XFL. He is a case study for future players. The better he plays and where he ends up being drafted will be an example for other college players to follow. The issue though is that many of those college players will see the XFL as a developmental league ...

Re: Another win in retrospect?

So ABC, which hasn't aired college basketball on a regular (being more than just a one-off, like the SEC Tournament a few years back) basis since the 2008-09 season, begins a short package of games today with Texas A&M vs Texas. So the question is would there possibly have been more games if not fo...

Re: XFL Uniform/Helmet Rankings

Kenny Robinson is in the XFL so he can get a head start on his NFL career. Unless he tanks really badly during the XFL season, he will be in the NFL at this time next year. So from his standpoint, the XFL is a developmental league for him. Credit to Robinson for taking a chance on the XFL. He is a ...

Re: What’s the story with Jeremiah Masoli?

During the Grey Cup, the announcers had the following to say (paraphrased obviously because it was a couple weeks ago and my memory isn't that good!): 1. Hamilton wants him back, despite the success of Dane Evans 2. Masoli wants to be back in Hamilton 3. Masoli thinks he'll be ready for training ca...

The XFL catchphrases are so annoying.
They have been beaten to death for sure. On Duty, Raising Hell etc I guess that’s part of social media marketing and branding.
It was fine when the team names were announced, but now it's just an annoyance.
