This isn’t a team president dual announcement deal like New York today. That should get filled soon after this.

Mike Martz is who everyone is hoping for. So it might be a letdown if it’s not him. It’s still positive news for the league. They are getting closer.

My heart wants Mike Martz. My gut says Jim Haslett.

Dream staff...HC Martz, OC Ken Zampese, DC Aeneas Williams, Team Pres. Issac Bruce.

Hopefully it's not Jeff Fisher.

I'm pretty sure if it's him, there will be nothing but boos and it will kill the team before it starts. Mike Martz is the guy but I be ok with just about anybody as long it's not Fisher.

Take this for what it's worth, but Oliver Luck was on CBS Sports Radio this morning with Damen Amendolara. I posted this in my recap of that interview. Luck mentioned Mike Singletary and Mike Riley by name, as coaches who have reached out to him from The AAF. At the end of the interview, Luck hinted that LA would follow STL and that would leave Houston as last. We will see about all that. There are only 2 spots left after Thursday. So Fisher might not even get a spot.

Singletary is from Houston, so him as Houston coach would make sense. Riley did coach at USC for a few years.

If Singletary doesn’t get an HC job. I wouldn’t mind him as a DC with Stoops in Dallas

Singletary is a high school football coach in Dallas at Trinity Christian Academy.
