Re: Johnny Manziel signs agreement with AAF

I saw how the AAF broadcast crew talked about Manziel at the Orlando-Arizona halftime. They talked about his Heisman winning form, and his ability to stay mobile and run the ball. Not a mention of the "issues" that have made Manziel damaged property. It would be interesting to see if the AAF release...

Re: Prediction:Neither Manziel or Kaepernick will play in any league

Without some interesting news from the XFL all we have is media pondering whether these players will be hired. I agree that they probably won't get hired by anyone.

Re: Your Call Football

As for the YCF App, I'm sure the XFL is looking at the technology, and interested in how they address the problem of latency between the app and live game play. An interesting aspect of the App is how when the cameras panned to the in-house audience, nobody was watching the game. They were all looki...

If the league gains its footing, I don't think it will be a big deal to introduce them. But for Year 1, stay laser focused on quality of play, pace of play, selling tickets, and producing an excellent broadcast. Everything else is a distraction.
I think you nailed it here.

Re: XFL Cheerleaders

I agree, most people go to a football game to see football; more importantly to see their team win. But, I've been to football games where the cheerleaders attracted a lot of attention... mostly from male spectators. How often does this happen? All the time. :)

XFL Cheerleaders

I am wondering how fans feel about Vince McMahon's statement that #XFL2020 would have no cheerleaders? I realize the #AAF doesn't have cheerleaders, but I wonder if they might start cheer squads in the future. Also, the NFL has plenty of cheerleaders, but you barely see them on television, unlike th...

Re: XFL Team Names Update

Luck has alluded to the fact the team names will be released in April. This seems like a delay, but this is the latest news. Have you noticed how everything the XFL was to announce has been "leaked" one way or the other? Do you want to bet the team names will be leaked prior to the announcement? Ser...
