Re: What the hell is this??

Websites and press releases are cheap. Wait until the shovel is in the ground, so to speak, before getting worked up about this, Freedom, Pac Pro, etc. The Freedom Football League isn't happening. In fact, Marshawn Lynch stole one of the Freedom Football League teams, the Oakland Panthers and place...

Re: The St. Louis BattleHawks win our XFL Team Logo Bracket

A thought I just had, would the Wildcats have been better off combining their 2 logos? Separately they're both kinda plain, but together it’s not bad, and with a few tweaks it could be pretty good. Thoughts?

Thank God, all the Andrew Luck to the XFL talk was annoying, same with AB to the XFL.

Re: XFL to have tier-one quarterbacks allocated and not a part of the draft process?

After giving this some thought, I think the best way to handle tier 1 qb allocations would be: XFL provides each team with a list of possible tier 1 candidates. Teams use the list to submit their top choices to the league office which then assigns the selected players to teams. In cases where a pla...

Re: NFL CUT TRACKER

Brian Hoyer has expectedly signed with the Colts. What's unexpected, is the 3 year, 12 million part of it. With the signing of an experienced backup, do they still keep Kelly? If I’m not mistaken, they only went with 2 qbs last season. You see, as a Colts fan I figured we'd bring in a backup for 2 ...

Re: NFL CUT TRACKER

Devlin Hodges is awesome. The XFL should be looking at him as a tier one quarterback. I know that sounds crazy but he’s real good. Broke records in college. I would entertain the XFL if I were him. Start in the XFL and then reevaluate NFL options in late April. FWIW on Twitter, Hodges posted "@XFL2...

Re: Future XFL markets/expansion

I know I've said this before, but I don't see expansion coming before the next TV deal. Vince McMahon has earmarked $500 million for three years, which would have to increase substantially if adding more teams, paying more personnel, paying more players, etc. The league isn't going to be making any...
